CULTIVATION TECHNIQUES

For several years, we have been engaged in a process of continuous evolution towards cultivation techniques with a reduced environmental impact.

Sexual confusion method for Lobesia >> a technique that allows us to reduce the number of phytosanitary treatments required to control insects, one of the most dangerous pathogens for table grapes.

Microdosing technique for fertilisation >> optimises absorption by plants, reduces losses and, as a result, pollution of the ground.

Weather sheds with Horta system >> precision agriculture with proximal monitoring systems with agroclimatic probes and stations.

Irrigation system with in-ground drip wing >> wing located on the row which, combined with the proper monitoring of water distribution, provides water savings and greater efficiency in the use of water in the subsoil.

Controlled grassing >> conservative management system that involves eliminating the mechanical tillage of the soil and, as a result, a 30-40% reduction in the amount of fertiliser required.

Defence of biodiversity >> creation of buffer zones to preserve and protect the biodiversity of natural areas.

Our grapes are delicious in every respect!

Luisa, the all-Italian yellow grape

Thanks to our participation in Grape & Grape Group Srl, a company which is active in varietal research and innovation, we have patented and registered new varieties of table grapes, giving rise to cultivars from an all-Italian supply chain.

The Luisa cultivar is a seedless table grape variety (with soft seeds which cannot be felt when chewing) characterised by an intense yellow colour which is bright and uniform even before ripening, with excellent shelf life both before and after harvesting, but above all, a unique flavour that’s always a delight.
