The most innovative part of this ultra-modern selection system is undoubtedly the new “InVision Total View” software, the first vision system capable of seeing and scanning 100% of the surface of every single fruit.

Thanks to this equipment, we are able to deliver a product which is uniform in terms of colour, size and degree of ripeness, tailored to the needs of our clients.

Optical calibrator

A cutting-edge optical calibrator for processing cherries ensures that our clients receive a product which is uniform and of the highest quality in terms of appearance and flavour.

The most innovative part of this ultra-modern selection system is undoubtedly the new “InVision Total View” software, the first vision system capable of seeing and scanning 100% of the surface of every single fruit.

Thanks to this equipment, we are able to deliver a product which is uniform in terms of colour, size and degree of ripeness, tailored to the needs of our clients.

MW technology

The packaging and the entire process provided by the use of FIT’s microwave technology allow us to preserve our grapes and cherries for longer in a natural way, without the use of sulphites, leaving their physical and organoleptic characteristics – and above all, their flavour – unaltered.

This system guarantees the shelf life of the product throughout the supply chain, helping to drastically reduce wastage due to the inevitable interruptions of the cold chain during the most critical stages of the supply chain: transportation, distribution, point of sale.
